Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A message sent to us includes only the details you choose to provide, and we use them to answer the inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
These limited data support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page updates. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Solano County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered there is controlled by that service’s privacy policy. The same is true for sponsored search results, which an outside company provides.
Who May Process Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Our Safeguards
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as the stated operational purposes require. Since we do not offer accounts, we hold no user password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and avoid discrimination, subject to legal exceptions. Because we retain little information, a request usually involves our contact mailbox and server logs. Submit one through the Contact page. Official records kept by Vallejo, Solano County, California, or a court remain outside our control. A correction or removal request for those records must go to the custodian.
